New Construction Cleaning is at the forefront of the construction industry and now you can get certified and begin a career in construction without the student loans!
The Commercial Construction Cleaning Technician Program is an instructional program that prepares individuals for employment or continued education in the occupation of Construction Cleaning Technician, On The Job Trainer, Crew Leader, and Field Operations Manager. This 10 day/45 hour Course teaches the fundamentals of the History of Construction, the Phases of Construction Cleaning, Competition in the industry, Etiquette, Professional Attire, Communication, Construction Trades, OSHA Safety, and PPE.
This program is designed to teach the art of commercial construction cleaning. After completion of the curriculum, cleaning technicians will be armed with all knowledge to complete the final cleaning of any commercial construction project. Graduates of this program will be an asset to construction companies and commercial cleaning laborers.

The purpose of the curriculum is to create skillfully trained construction field cleaners. The students that complete this course will be able to identify safety hazards, know the proper equipment for each cleaning project and how to use it, how to clean ANY surface without damage and how to organize a cleaning crew.
The objectives of this curriculum are to empower the students with the knowledge of construction history, soft skills, cleaning technician safety, proper PPE (personal protective equipment) gear, proper use of cleaning equipment, proper way to clean all surfaces from floor to ceiling and the career opportunities and positions available in the construction cleaning industry.
