We need to talk. [Team Elmer’s](https://www.teamelmers.com/) is looking for a hard-working individual to provide support on highway and heavy construction projects around beautiful Northern Michigan. Laborers will be asked to perform tasks involving physical labor, cleaning and preparing job sites, and to put safety first. We are looking for someone with a **powerful work ethic**. Laborers will be asked to work long hours in a variety of weather conditions, and will need to be able to lift 40 or more pounds repetitively. But hey, it beats being in an office all day!
